The qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.
Mode of delivery for this course is predominately face-to-face (facilitated on-site delivery). Students are also required to complete the self-paced study (independent self-directed study) to complement the classroom learning.
Must have completed year 10 or equivalent that requires the skills and knowledge to enter into the Business Services industry. Successful completion of year 11 in Australia, or IELTS overall score 4.5 or equivalent.
